Farewell – but not Goodbye, Doris
Since 1986 Doris Hölder became my first gallerist. We had many exhibitions over the years in her legendary „Galerie am Obertor“ in Ravensburg and several art fairs together. After all this years Doris decided to hand over her gallery to Andrea Dreher and Stefanie Büchele.
On 7th of April, Doris opens her last exhibition with her artists who she worked with over the years. I am proud to not only participate in this farewell-exhibition, but also been asked to make a speech at the opening ceremony.

after the premiere, the theatre piece will travel and be performed on other places.
In collaboration with the bi-national theater BAALnovo I am asked to make a conception and write a theater piece about Martin Luther. This complex work will contain scenery projections, dialoges and disputations, sound collages and light design. I have been working on this since December 2016. June 2017 the rehearsal with the actors of BAALnovo will start.

The french capital Paris is seen as the center of enlightenment (lumières) but for an artist it is also the center of lights. The exhibition in Gallery Signum will show a good selection of pictures I have been working on for the last 10 years in Paris.
